记者从国家卫生健康委了解到，我国紧密型县域医共体已在全国2188个县推进，到2025年底，90%以上的县域医共体将达到紧密型标准，到2027年底基本实现全覆盖。各地积极建设医学检验、心电诊断等资源共享中心，大力推广“分布式检查、集中式诊断”，为基层配备必要的数字设备设施，医联体影像中心已覆盖全国70%以上的乡镇卫生院，推动了基层检查、上级诊断和结果共享互认。
全国近90%的县实现县级医院派驻人员至乡镇卫生院全覆盖，近80%的村卫生室纳入了医保定点，进一步方便居民看病报销。同时，各地积极顺应居民健康需求，开展节假日门诊、中医康复等延伸服务，持续推进更多基层就医便民惠民举措，改善居民看病就医感受。
